Bridal Stylist Job Description:
Gretchen’s Bridal Gallery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Stylist to join our team. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and personalized experience for our customers as they search for their perfect dress. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, bubbly, and sales-oriented, with a genuine love for connecting with customers and helping them feel special during their bridal journey.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the boutique.
- Actively listen to customers’ preferences, needs, and vision for their special day.
- Offer personalized styling guidance and recommendations to help customers find their dream dress.
- Assist brides, mothers, bridesmaids, flower girls, and other customers in selecting dresses that fit their style, body type, and budget.
- Sales and Goal Achievement:
- Be sales-oriented and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote accessories, alterations, and other services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain product knowledge of the latest trends, designers, and inventory to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Maintain Boutique Appearance:
- Ensure the boutique is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Participate in inventory management, including steaming new dresses, organizing accessories, and maintaining overall boutique presentation.
- Previous experience as a bridal stylist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, bubbly, and able to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge and passion for bridal fashion trends and designers.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and carry heavy gowns.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings, to accommodate customer appointments and boutique events.
Gretchen’s Bridal Gallery is currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly reception upon their arrival.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Ensure prompt and efficient response to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Check out customers accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing receipts as required.
- Front Desk Operations:
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage customer appointments and scheduling, coordinating with stylists and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor and regulate the flow of customers, ensuring a balanced and efficient appointment schedule.
- Track and manage customer information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the customer database or management system.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients promptly.
- Security and Access Control:
- Monitor and regulate access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Implement security procedures, such as checking bags or maintaining visitor logs, as required.
- Alert the management team or relevant authorities in case of any security concerns or incidents.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with inventory management, event coordination, or marketing activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, restocking items as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings to accommodate the needs of the business.
